William Krautter
William F. (Bill) Krautter, CPA, has over 30 years of experience in administrative management, accounting and information systems and has been the President of Statistical Service Corporation of Austin (STATCO), since 1987. STATCO is Austin 's oldest and largest commercial data processing and information management service bureau. Mr. Krautter is a partner in LeaseASP and has managed the design and implementation of the software that underpins AutoLeaseAd and LeaseAdvice. Prior to his acquisition of STATCO, Mr. Krautter was a partner and the Director of Management Information Systems for Jagger-Buzbee Company, the nations 7th largest multi-family real estate developer in the 1980's. While president of STATCO the company has grown over 250% through administrative management, data capture, document imaging and information management contracts primarily with the State of Texas . He received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos in 1977, with a concentration in Accounting and Computer Science. In 1981 Mr. Krautter received his Certificate in Public Accounting (CPA) and later the Certificate in Data Processing (CDP). He is a member of the Texas Society of CPA's (TSCPA), The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Association for Information and Image Management International (AIIM) and the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA).
